Two ways to register:
- Use our on-line registration form.
- Print a paper registration form and mail it in.
You can fill the form in on the computer and then print it, or print it and then fill it
in with a pen.
This form is in PDF and requires Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free from Adobe.
Note: If you want to save the registration form on your hard drive, you may have to right-click on the registration form link rather than left-click (depending on your browser and system set up). You should then get a pop-up menu. Click on "Save target as ..." or whatever the equivalent is in your browser.
Several organizations are offering sponsorships or scholarships for this conference. If you'd like to come but the registration fee is a problem, try contacting one of these groups -- especially if you're already associated with them in some way!
